Return/Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges:
We are a STORE CREDIT only boutique, there will be no refunds to original payments or exchanges. All refunds will be given in the form of a Kate Willow E-Gift card to the e-mail you used at checkout, to use on a future order or to re-place your order with the correct size on the item you returned. If the item is sold out, don’t worry there will be more cute items to come!!
RETURNS:
- You have 7 days from the time you receive the item(s) to return them.
- Return Shipping is the customers responsibility. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return item. Please keep your receipt incase it is lost.
- Please include your name or order number in the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without your name, invoice, or order confirmation.
- Conditions: items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. If items smell like perfume, smoke, have deodorant marks, or any other stains/damage your items will NOT be refunded.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.
FINAL SALE ITMES:
- All Pre-orders items are FINALE SALE and non-refundable.
- All SALE items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
- All Jewelry, Bralettes, Hats, Socks, Swimsuits, and Bodysuits are FINAL SLAE and non-refundable due to sanitary reasons.
REFUNDS:
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to past purchases.
DAMAGES:
Please inspect all items upon arrival, if an item is damaged please contact customer service at katewillowcustomercare@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your item(s). We do require photo proof of the damage.
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-orders are non-refundable(unless they arrive to you damaged). Please make sure to read the shipping time frame when placing your order. Pre-orders are items I do NOT have on hand, all projected shipping times are stated on the item listing.
RETURNS WITH INSTALLMENT PLANS:
If your original form of payment is made using a installment plan such as Sezzle, Shop Pay, or any other form of installment plan, you are required to pay off the balance even when you return the item(s).
